Weightlifting Class:

     Leg Press: 1x8 with 90lbs
                      1x8 with 180lbs
                      4x8 with 270 lbs
     Reverse Hyper: 5x5 with 50lbs
     Lunges: 2x10 per leg with 30lb dumbbells in each hand.
