Monday (10/11/2010)
-Racquetball class, played for about 45 minutes, ended up running around much more than in most games. Very winded by the end of it.
Tuesday (10/12/2010)
- Weightlifting class
- Dips: 6x4 with bodyweight
- Bench press: 3x8 with 135lbs
- Dumbbell flyes: 3x8 with 30lb dumbbells
